| Coaches:
Due to a late withdrawal, we have an opening in the 2010 Bank Midwest Holiday Classic which will be held at the Mabee Center on the campus of William Jewell College, December 27, 28, 29 & 30…if a Kansas school is interested we can place you in the Division that opens classic play on the 28th…if interested please contact me at your earliest convenience at 816-898-7325 or email me at holleyl@william.jewell.edu
I also want all coaches to know that beginning with the 2011 event we will have a minimum of three openings. As you know, 2010-11 will mark the final year William Jewell will be a member of NAIA Division I and the Heart of America Athletic Conference. We will begin play at the NCAA II level and the Great Lakes Valley Conference in 2011-12. There had been some discussion that because of the move we would have to drop this event. This is NOT the case but we will have to have 24 schools within a 100 mile radius of Liberty. Therefore schools from communities like Columbia and Springfield will not be allowed to participate. So, if you are interested in the event beginning in 2011-12 please contact me at your earliest convenience. We look forward to hosting this great event for many years to come!

The presentation was one of several presented that evening by the GABL Youth Sports Foundation in recognition of individuals who have contributed to the Foundation during the current year and those who have served the Foundation and youth in general over several years.
